On this edition, the visual of a horror icon is born, and a new group of victims find themselves in close enough range to Crystal Lake to become the next targets of Jason's fury. A day after the slayings depicted in Part 2, a clueless brood of 20 somethings are looking to spend a care-free weekend shacked up in the same woods people died just 24 hours before. However, their plans get shaken up when they have to deal with a problematic prankster, a vengeful trio of bikers, and a butchering brute stalking their every move, all in glorious 3D!
