Blade, under the tutelage of blind Karate master Chozen Wan, learns the martial art, brings it to the children to learn, and finds that cleaning up his act is a good thing. His new skill comes in handy when he finds himself in the middle of a different San Francisco treat; a drug ring using kid's to sell and run by a man by the name of Hector Machete.
