Little does he know, he'll be in for more than he bargained for when not only do the kids run all over him, he is also being guided by Bruce Lee sent from Heaven to reform and learn Karate. Blade, under the tutelage of blind Karate master Chozen Wan, learns the martial art, brings it to the children to learn, and finds that cleaning up his act is a good thing. His new skill comes in handy when he finds himself in the middle of a different San Francisco treat; a drug ring using kid's to sell and run by a man by the name of Hector Machete.
