To remedy this, he decides he wants to go the route of his victim from the year before, Carly Beth, and get a terrifying Halloween mask to wreak havoc around the neighborhood. However, he soon finds that he should've been more careful about what he wished for. Before he knows it, his night of chaos soon becomes a night of torment, and he'll go to almost any length to get back to normal.
